G4KTI/P
This contest was done /P QRP from my daughter/s garden
in Notts (Post Code NG13 8SD)

G4NOK
only 2nd cw contest i have entered and found it a lot
of fun will be back next year

G4OIG
I just wondered what was happening in the QRS corral

G4RCD
Junior Op, Joseph, was born today, 11 days early.
Left XYL, Rachel M0RCD and Joseph in hospital and
got home in time to catch the last 30 minutes of contest!!
No PC logging, all S&P with CMOS Super Keyer II.
It was a great day!

G4RCG
Used the Orion for the 1st time in a contest and what
a difference it made condx were fair and not to busy
there were some HUGE signals about and good scores
had a lot of fun as usual

G4WGE
First attempt with Winkey2. Shouldn't have fiddled with
default setting! Apologies to those contacted before I
got it sorted! Otherwise SD/Winkey2 looks like a good
combination. Best score yet.

GJ0VQR/P
The Manager of the hotel in Jersey let me go on the
roof for the contest. The only problem was the battery
in the rig only lasted 20 minutes. I had to move to the
playing field on the top of the hill. By the time I had
set up again only had about 10 minutes left. I thought it
was going to be hard going with a Miracle Whip and 5 watts

GM0ELP
Great condx tonight
Enjoyed the contest
SD ESM worked great

GM4ALG/P
Conditions appeared to be reasonable from my /A location
at Newcastleton, but it was harder to find stations to work
from this northerly location. I usually make about 85 QSOs, but
I only managed 63 QSOs from here. I had been planning to operate
true /P, but the midges had already sent me running for cover
the previous evening!
So I ended up using my home made transceiver (battery powered)
from inside a rented cottage. Five watts to a low dipole.

GU0SUP
Much harder work tonight. Band was very noisy down here.
Also got interrupted by a phone-call, so my time was limited.

GU4WTN
Got off to a flyer but things started to slow after the first half
hour. Sent most of the time in the QRS section racking them up slow
and steady. See you all next year!

GW0ETF
Realised the morning after that I'd left the drive control of my FT990 at
minimum after an SWR check midway through the contest. Probably why my
rate took a dive in the second half of the event....!

M0AJT
Once again enjoyed it. Did'nt pull any
trees up but nice steady plod.

M0JBW
I am only learning how to do contests finding
it hard but enjoyable

M3WCK
Many thanks to operators who slowed down for me and
in doing so encouraged my participation . My best
score to date-- and again enjoyed contest.

M5FUN
Good fun as usual. Please score my contact with GU0SUP
as zero because I missed the serial number through QRM.

PA0FAW
In summer it is too early for my 5w and indoor lw to
do great things on 80.Watery signals

YL3DX
Only 20 QSO per 1,5 hour (without comments). Till next year. Best 73 & DX! Alec/YL3DX

SOAPBOX:

2E0KOP
Tnx for the patience having terrible problems here wid clix

G0DAY
Funny conditions sometimes deep QSB-but did manage
two GM's so pleased how the evening went

G0EUN
Very good conditions enjoyed the contest

G0GDU
FT1000 with 10W and W3DZZ @ 28 FT
Unable to hold a run frequency so stuck to search & pounce
Condx seemed good throughout with not so much QRM as previously

G0GFQ
Had a few troubles, but still had some fun

G0GKP
Good contest

G0LHZ
Great Fun

G0MTN
Too hot to contest...

G0RDO
PSU problems meant could only run 40 watts instead of
usual 100 watts. So quite pleased with result.
Good fun as usual.

G0WBC
became very noisy during the middle half hour. very
enjoyable as usual. At 26 centigrade did think of
taking the rig out onto the patio???

G0WWD
Another good night and plenty of activity

G3GLL
SD worked fine for logging - a few funnies with
winkey though!!
These club contests seem to be getting busier each
session ! Very good !

G3HRH
Very enjoyable with little QRM
down here in Cornwall
Pity I can't manage a better antenna

G3IZD
Seemed to be slightly less activity I held my run
frequency throughout so obviously less run stns around
Maybe the newly fitted roofing filter helped too

G3JRM
very busy on a very warm and humid evening
good to hear so much activity on a monday night

G3KBR
Very enjoyable lots of fun

G3LET
Conditions good and very quiet down here. GM stations
workable from early on although not many of them about
Keyer batteries died at 2100 - thanks to those who
called me when trying to re-learn semi-auto keying in
real time after many years elbugging

G3LHJ
Good fun as usual

G3LIK
Sorry late had a committee meeting so only able to do
20 minutes of the test

G3MIR
I used SD for logging - it's great.

G3NCN
enjoyed SD it is essential contest wear!!!

G3NFB
NOISE LEVEL DOWN THIS EVENING TO AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL FOR A CHANGE

G3OLB
Bit slow going this evening. Had to open the shack door to let some cool air in!

G3ORY
The band seemed less crowded tonight

G3PJT
Trcvr started to make a funny noise so packed up halfway through

G3RIR/P
Good fun operating real Portable using batteries
radio and computer on picnic table outside the car
lots of visitors including a dog who took a liking

G3SVD
Seemed quieter than usual, not much qrm.

G3TBK
Slow start but improved later. Surprised by strength of GM signals early on
FT1000 AT 100W, Dipole at 70 ft.

G3TLH
Conditions not too bad but my score down considerably
Maybe less activity than usual. Could have been because
it was the last one or maybe it was too hot for
people to slave over hot radios

G3TWG
A pleasant session - slightly less crowded I thought.

G3TXF
Looks like my 80m antenna favours summer-time conditions. Seems to do better
when the sun is still shining! Quarter-hourly rates 27 29 21 18 14 14.

G3VCA
A GOOD CONTEST WITH LITTLE NOISE

G3VIP
RIG FT301S 10W Dipole at 30ft homebrew logger
Condx very quiet, some big sigs missing.

G3WVG
Distant stations much weaker for me than normal.
Summer propagation seem not to suit my antenna!
FT1000MP /100W/Dipole at 70ft

G3YEC
Nice change to have a quiet ionesphere this time !!
Signals generally very good and N Ireland came through
very well. Still some extremely powerful signals !!!

G3YHV
Very slow going after 2100

G3YMC
Another fun event, conditions reasonable and no problems from QRN.
Was able to hold a run frequency for some time, maybe activity was down..
Looking forward to next year.
73 Dave

G3ZGC
Deliberate QRM at 2055 when somewhen kept sending serial numbers on top of the stations I was trying to work.

G3ZHE
alas I crashed my log and needed g4vss to find it anyway after 30ins I got a double malt kept me happy for the last hour thanks and 73 Albert

G4BUO
Nearly didn't do this one, having been away on VHF FD all weekend and not
fancying sitting in a really hot shack for 90 minutes but conditions were
surprisingly good, plenty of callers until near the end.

G4DDX
my best score so far. conditions seemed very good
without a lot of band noise.enjoyed as usual.

G4FKA
Good conditions and rate all evening but suffered a number of bouts of deliberate and persistent interference - very sad to hear it. Lost several QSOs as a result.

G4FNL
Used the 'stick to one freq for as long as you can'
technique and then S & P'd. Thanks to all for QSO's
Thanks to Paul for SD logging software

G4FPH
Sorry - could not read serial numbers containing the
figures 8 or 9 after 20:00 due to too much beer!

G4GZB
I enjoyed giving points to the desperate ones
Again I found SD to be a great tool

G4IRN
FT1000MP5F, 100w into inverted L, 35ft high and 45ft long.

M5ALG
Good conditions this time at this qth
