SOAPBOX:

2E0GHR
My First attempt at a SSB Contest -hope to do
better next time

2E0NCG
Very noisy
Lots of strong signals causing QRM to each other

2E0TPP
GREAT CONTEST ONLY 2nd ATTEMPT SO DONE WELL

G0AOZ
Rig: Homebrew QRP running 5 WATTS - Ant: 264ft endfed wire

G0GDU
CONDX GOOD UNTIL LAST 20 MINUTES WHEN STRUGGLED
FT1000 with 100w and W3DZZ at 28 feet
MUST TRY TO GET ANTENNA HIGHER

G0GFQ
Had a few problems with my limited antenna breaking
out of Tune but enjoyed it all the same. I must improve
my 80m Antenna to stop this occurance for the 2007 80M
CC campaign.

G0ICJ/P
HEAVY QRM

G0IIQ
Started off nice and quiet and gradually got noisier

G0KYS
The usual battle to find a spot not get pushed out!
Had reasonable runs a couple of times but nothing
spectacular

G0LHZ
Great Fun - started 30 mins late due to incompetance!

G0MTN
Not bad for the last 30 minutes of the contest.

G0OKF
Hard work with poor antenna and high noise level.
Used SD (Offline) -always works well.

G0VJG
used sd great
had good fun in cc 80m lookfoward 2 next year

G0WWD
HARD GOING DUE TO QRM AND QSB

G1VDP
Enjoying contesta and then had a visitor so had to pack
in after 30 minutes of operation. Looking forward to
next years.

G3CWI
100W for a change.

G3HRH
Difficult to break through the QRM
Had to make a lot of repeats
Conditions didn't suit distant Cornwall
Thanks for being patient

G3IZD
difficult to compete so far from population centres
but challenging to copy through wall of QRM

G3JJZ
RIG - IC756 PR03
ANTENNAS - 85' LW

G3KBR
Enjoyed this very much

G3KNU
If these contests are to continue we need more space.

G3LHJ
Enjoyable session, condx fair - no GM's this time the ones
I did hear were weak - lots of activity as per usual
shame its over for another year - cu next year god
willing - 73 Derrick.

G3LIK
Found it a struggle with lots of interference from
high power stations splattering

G3MGW
Great fun we need more short duration events like this.
Used battery power for rig and PC .Used SD very easy to
Condx vey good lots of stations on
Why not have a 40 and a 20m version of this?
Many /p callsigns in operation

G3OOQ
Second attempt at contesting - you're never toO old to
try something new.

G3PYC
Stations with i in call sign pse use iTaly as Phonetic
It was difficult reading phonetic India in call signs
SD is a godsend to us old timers who scan the band

G3RRL
Enjoyed the contest condx. Fine

G3SET
Good condx throughout.

G3TBK/P
IC7000 10 WATTS INVERTED-V APEX 35 FT
EDWARD SEIZED HOME RIG, I HAD TO MAKE DO WITH A LOW DIPOLE ON THE FD SITE
WHEN WORKED THE YOUNGSTER WAS 3 AHEAD, BUT I HAD THE STAYING POWER AND
OVERTOOK NEAR THE END.

G3TKF
A good run frequency was really helpful ... usual qrm made the weaker stations a struggle

G3TXF
Started couple of mins late. S&P'ed for the first 20 mins. Probably
a mistake. Then CQ'ed for remainder of contest in the "lower"
part of this "two-band" contest. Only two stations worked
outside UK : F5VHY and PA4RS. The few GMs active were pretty weak.

G3VIP
RIG FT301S 10W DIPOLE AT 9MTR
STRONG WIDE SIGS HARD GOING ON QRP

G3VYE
Pretty good condx at this qth although heavy qrm at
times. I should have done better but good fun.

G3YEC
Extreme noise at this QTH. Static waves of high level
and lots of tuners from the near continent. Other then
that it was not so bad.

G3ZBU
Great fun. First half spent logging for junior op
M0DEY which was fun.

G4ARI
Many thanks to all stations and the RSGB HFCC for
making this another very enjoyable club contest
See you next year

G4BUO
Both G4FON and G1FON replied to the same CQ, on a noisy band.
Managed to sort them out and make a QSO with each one!

G4CYG
.
Post contest copied by G0MRH into Super Duper

G4DBX
Well that's it bar the data section hpe cu u
all in the contest next year.

G4DDX
very busy and lots of noise but very enjoyable. The
contest seems to be doing its job in getting club
members on the air .

G4FNL
Great condx but couldn't keep up with the big
scores. I used SD for logging

G4FPH
Pity my sore throat couldn't have happened on
a data evening - ouch!

G4GZB
Enjoyed giving away the points to others
Found SD very much to my liking

G4HSU
Noisy band with QSB
First time used SD at home used SDV at home once before
Easy if used in conjunction with pad of paper for notes
Time entered is that when log entry made and NOT
at the beginning of the QSO

G4IWS
SD is great!

G4JRY
Could we start the contest in late October
to run through the winter months many people are on
holiday at this time of the year and miss some of the
contest season.

G4NOK
Poor condx enjoyed Contest

G4RCD
Enjoyable contest. Lost run frequency due to strong
continental QRM found another and ran to end of contest
Used SD for logging which works really well.

G4RCG
This was one of the toughest CC tests yet the qrn and
qrm was unbelievable and a right struggle to work
through was surprised I managed to work over 100

G4VUD
very noisy but enjoyable getting used to SD works well
just how do some stations get to 50 contacts in 15 mins

G4WGE
Crowded noisy difficult - best yet!

G6BOX
A mediocre effort to end the year.
Must do better next year.

G6FSP
Got loud when the sun went down

G6KWA
Great fun and doing very well until two stations sat
either side of me within 500 Hz. May well have been
skip change that caused this. Still well please with
the whole series. Thank you for running the contests

G6UBM
noisey band

G7PVZ
Very noisy band had to abandon part way through. Sorry
all. Will try again next week!!!

G7SHG
nice busy nite agn

M3ABC
Good fun again.
Seems like a long time until next year :-(
How about a top band version in the autumn?

M3CVN
Good contest shared wid M3CVN, Nice to have compliments about the CW
CC.
