G4WGE
After 10 minutes the keyer started making a strange
ticking noise and the PC locked up. After rebooting,
SD refused to open the file. Eventually managed re-enter
the first 6 QSOs from one of the backup files and
continued without further incident but lost another 10 minutes.

GM0ELP
It just gets harder and harder. Ran from the start and was sat on 7 mins into the contest by a G stn with a s9+30 signal (and key clicks to match), disproportionate to every other signal on the band, stn refused to QSY. Moved further down the band and ran again, this time I was QRM'd then asked to QSY after 20 mins because of DX working split. So much QRM that I decided to S&P for the rest of the contest. Not a good one for me.

GM0MRH/M
An attempt to join the contest while on holiday in Scotland Nr. Kyle of Lochalsh. W5-33-52..N57-17-56 Set up late for the start with antenna on a pile of 6 Metre lomg plastic pipes and bushes abt 1 M agl Surprised at lack of GM and MM stations to be heard.

GM3ZBE
A lot of very loud static crashes. More like 160M!

GM4OSS
Band quieter compared to last month. SD work great as
usual.

GW0ETF
Conditions poor over in the north west of Wales.  Most UK sigs way down though suddenly picked up right at the end.

GW3KDB
This QRP is hard work.

GW3PRL
SD worked well for me again.  QRQ operators wasting
everyones time creating 'repeats'.

GW4BLE
Running 10W output. Only on for just under an hour.

M0AAA
I started 16 minutes late so was not a serious entry then a few minutes after starting I started to get deliberate QRM the worst I have ever had. I was told by the statiion I was a CRAP operator and the station kept  tuning up over me. I hoped he would go away, no such luck. I decided to stay were I was as he was having so much fun. It stopped him from upsetting the more serious contesters.

M0CNP
Distatn rumbling of thunder and flashes of lightning
threatened to close the station down but we persevered.
Unfortunately lots of static interference but enjoyable

M0MDF
pretty good gondx

M0NZA
Very enjoyable contest - thanks for the QSOs!

M0PTO
Good event, best score ever!

M0RBG
GOOD CONDITIONS THIS TIME

M0VBY
My first CW contest many thanks - great fun!.

M3WCK
Enjoyed my first contest since Feb. Pleased with number of contacts and score gradualy improving. Most contacts went well but apologies to a few where I messed up. Several Ops.repeated seriel number twice which was great help

SOAPBOX:

2E0CVN
Great activity as always

2E0KOP
First time running rather than all s & p. Good fun.

DF0T
what a struggle - even the strongest signals were affected by noise and hardly readable. If qrn was a propellant, we probably could have landed a man on the moon tonite

G0GDU
Good Condx tonight - considerable improvement on last time

G0GFQ
Well pleased...

G0GKP
No qrm/qrn but stations on top of each other
making stations difficult to seperate.

G0IBN
busy at work so late on parade

G0JLF
All S&P - late start

G0KYS
Was on air for 1 hr - the most I've managed so far in a CW contest!  I'll try and do the whole 180 minutes in July!

G0MTN
Popped on to make up the numbers.

G0TAM/P
Only 2nd ever contest enjoyed it very much  SD Worked
well as it did last time

G0WHO
Well supported could have done with others from Scarborough

G0WWD
Conditions were very good plenty of activiy

G3GLL
SD worked fine - now with new Winkeyer USB
High QRN made going tough at times.

G3HKO
Many thanks for excellent contest. Adjudicators are doing a fine job.

G3HRH
Very enjoyable. Plenty of activity. Some QSB but not a problem

G3IZD
band very noisy long wire antenna not helpful
nice to hear lots of activity

G3JRM
another lively evening on 80 with a large turn out
for some interesting competition

G3LHJ
Good first half was a struggle the last condx were
good still lots of activity

G3LIK
Quite good conditions nice to hear some familiar calls

G3PHO
Disaster struck about 8 minutes into contest when my usb keyboard stopped working! Mad panic ensued until we got it sorted but lost much time and QSOs. Dupe check also didnt work for some of the time but sorted that out eventually! Some very strong signals as usual and 3B7SP on 3521 didnt help has he had a pile up a few kHz higher and they didnt like OUR contest qrm one bit!!

G3TLH
Better conditions but heavy QRM from EU stations in
second half

G3TXF
For this one there were two competing events. During the
early part there was some sort of Russian contest going on,
and later on if you were anywhere in the lower part of the
band (around 3525) there were stations popping up all over the place calling in the 3B7SP (on 3521) pile-up. Apart from these two minor  distractions, it was 80m CC business as usual!

G3UJE
Hard grind at start but rate soon improved. Conditions average. Enjoyable.

G3VCA
Fair conditions - QSB to the later of the contest

G3VIP
RIG IC7000 10w dipole - homebrew logger. Good condx, QRN building up towards end. Plenty of stns. Best ever score in CC.

G3VQO
Arrived on the band ten minutes late, and immediately found a nice wide gap on 3544.5. I decided to call CQ and see what would happen. Having set the keyer at 23 wpm (too slow for most, but too fast for a few), I kept finding customers until the end of the contest. At times my “last 10” went up above 80/hour – unheard of for me! Occasionally somebody “clicky” would get a bit too close, but the beauty of not really worrying about “rate” or final score means I can afford to plod on through – eventually they gave up and moved away! Now, if only I had a decent antenna, I could be there giving number 110 or such at the end instead of my measly 74. Oh well, I can dream, it’s a lottery roll-over this evening – now, where’s that farm for sale?

G3VUS
noisy band but enjoyed myself and hopefully getting better!

G3VYI
Just worked a few up/down  the band!

G3WVG
Dipole at 65ft + FT1000MP (100W version)

G3YEC
SD Still the easiest and greatest. Started OK but then along came the thunder and lightning.  Key got stuck ay one stage apologies to all when that ocurred.

G3ZBU
Suffering from rf from atu getting into rig so
I will probably move the atu a bit further away about
10 minutes before the next contest starts!

G3ZGC
One dupe G3JIR 100w to 132 ft LW at 55 ft

G3ZHE
Quite a good night for North Cheshire, but what happened to everyone around 20,00 when all I could get was dupes ?.

G3ZRJ
Terrible QRM from DX chasers in lower part of contest band mde it very difficult. Made a good job of the contest under the circumstances. Most regulars heard and worked.

G4ARN/P
GOOD BAND CONDITIONS AND GOOD FUN

G4BRA
Since this leg coincided with our club meeting it was decided
to run the contest from our club to show members what CW contests are about. In the other room we set up an SSB station to keep them happy. There was considerable interest in the station and they were impressed with my slick operating (could have been better...). Some could even follow my morse, so maybe we will have some new ops next year! Overall conditions reasonable and not troubled by static. But activity
seemed to be down with some familiar calls missing.

G4BUO
13 minutes late on parade today, and decided to go QRP. Activity seemed down and then there was QRM from a WIDE split used by some DX 'operator'

G4CKH
Enjoyed the contest again.  The short operating time suits me well not having a lot of endurance due to disability..  Look forward to the next event.

G4DBW
Elecraft K2 10watts  G5RV dipole. Brisk start but condx became increasingly noisy. Good fun as always

G4EBK
Only one idiot trying to spoil it this time by transmitting rubbish on my Fx during an exchange.

G4EOF
FIRST CW CONTEST OF THE YEAR.

G4FKA
Yugghhh! Dreadful. Worst for a long time. Noise and QRM were rife. The propagation gods have definitely left the west.
There must be some very narrow filters out there if stations can start calling CQ only 10Hz away!

G4FNL
It seemed that the propagation gods shone down on me in
the SE corner of the UK. Not as much activity as
usual - but thanks to all for the QSO's

G4GZB
Toddling along to enjoy and give away points
And I did use SD!

G4OOC
SD Rocks Again Superb Program. Enjoyed it as usual

G4RCD
Late into shack then realised all kit was still packed up from NFD.  Missed first six minutes of contest.  Found a frequency and ran for whole contest. Great fun!

G4RCG
Great Fun, started very slow but picked up nicely

G4SLE
yes I used sd again very good and thanks
thanks to all for points
