Power supply failed and tripped mains RCD after 4 QSOs.
Lucky it wasn't dark! 21 mins to find small PSU and rewire
output as connectors had been 'borrowed' for a project. QRP for remainder of contest.
Next time will have torch and spare PSU on desk!

Started off on PSK. Couldn't get an action so QSYed up to RTTY just ten minutes into the contest. RTTY for about one hour then back onto pesky PSK for the last twenty minutes.

MMVARI working well! So less than 6 months to get my Yaesu Digital FT-501 up and running in time for next year's CC Contests.
We are still trying to build a CW filter and maybe need driver and PA bottles. There is also a mod in the manual for a pre-driver but that doesn't seem to exist in my rig...
If it wasn't for the CC series the rig would still be in the loft
gathering dust. Looking forward to next year's!
