It is interesting to see how different attitudes and personalities come o98uyhver in contest entries. One log commented ‘Appalling – howling wind and driving rain’ while another station 50 miles away merely said ‘could have been better’. Most others lay somewhere between these two, and clearly everyone had to battle against the weather and radio conditions.

This time there are Section M entries, with the Martello Tower group heading the Dacorum club station.
