10GHz Trophy Contest 2026
This contest has received both a change of date and scoring method for it's 2026 edition. In 2025 it lined up with the European May UHF series and had traditional countries and locators mults. The bonus this year was 200 points per grid square.
Entrants are reminded that as with all Championship events RSGB membership is required for all entrants and operators and that this is checked as part of the adjudication.
Entrants are also reminded that General Rule 4f provides that 'More than one contact with the same operator using different call signs may not be claimed. '
Adjudication decisions were made under both these rules in this contest and are reflected in the results.
Contest odx was Keith G4ODA's qso with F6DKW at 475km.
There were 24 entries in 2026 compared with 18 in 2025. And there were 49 active stations in 2026 compared with 34 in 2025 and more qso's were made. So on the face of it the change of dates was a success, but any contrary views to VHFCC please.
Andrew G0JCC/P wins the Open section. John G4ZTR wins single operator fixed. As his score was higher than G0JCC's John also wins the 10GHz Contest Trophy.
Congratulations to all other table leaders and runners up, who together with stations identified, have been awarded certificates.
