September 2026 80m Autumn Series CW contest

143 stations entered the first CW contest of the 2026 series, eight fewer than last year and there were a further 45 appearing in the logs.

Entrants are reminded that all contests in the 80m Autumn Series have a 'Le Mans' start and that all exchanges must be completed before the end of the contest. A wide band SDR recording of the contest is used to check this and observance of the two minute radio silence before the start.

Thanks to Richard GI4DOH for running the bonus station GI6XX. He made 114 QSOs from his station in Bangor.

The next 80m Autumn Series contests are DATA on Thursday 24^th September and CW on Monday 5^th October, both starting at 1900 UTC.
