RSGB Contest Results 80m Sprint CW 2013

80m CC Sprint Summary;

The winner of the Local Club overall result and Newbury Trophy is the Torbay RS, followed fairly closely by Horsham ARC, and Scunthorpe Steel ARC. The winner of the General Club category is the De Montfort University RS, followed by Grimsby ARS and then Newbury ARS . Graham G4FNL heads the overall CW Low table, and Tim G4ARI heads the QRP CW table. In the SSB table Dave G3TBK heads the Low section ,and G3ZBU the QRP section. Non UK entries were led in the CW Low section by PA2PCH, and in SSB by F1VNR. No QRP non UK entries were received. 4U1ITU entered a log in one event, nice to see! Participation varied from the high 30's in August to a peak of 50+ in October, but the final CW November leg sank to 32, possibly due to winter skip conditions. Congratulations to all certificate winners, and the Newbury Trophy winner!
