2.3GHz Trophy Contest

This contest, together with the sister 23cm Trophy Contest, are the final two events in the VHF Championship. The frequencies involved mean that they are usually quiet events and 2022 was no exception.

There were 14 entries (13 in 2021 and 19 in 2020).  Many stations noting poor conditions and levels of activity.

In Open ODX was provided by DR9A in a QSO with M1CRO/P at 614km and in Single Operator Fixed it was DR9A's QSO with G3XDY at 632km.

This event is partly co-ordinated with a IARU Region 1 contest and the R1 logs were obtained and were used to assist with adjudication.
