AFS SUPER LEAGUE 2018-19

The number of individual contests contributing to the 2018/19 AFS Super League was the same as last year at seven. This year's winner was, for the third year running, the Camb-Hams, who are awarded the Hadley Wood Contest Group Trophy and a certificate.

Certificates are also awarded to Grimsby ARS in second place, moving up after two years in third, and to Bristol CG who are placed third. In addition certificates are awarded to each of the six groups who were able to enter all seven contributing events and achieved more than a quarter of the available Super League Points in each. The number of Affiliated Societies participating this season was 86, one up on last year and reversing a downward trend over the previous few years.

For the 2019-20 AFS Super League, an eighth contest, in the form of a 70MHz AFS, will be added to the existing series. It will run from September 15th 2019 to 2nd February 2020. Hope to see you then!
