G4VXE Great fun as ever - only a few minutes to spend this time
    unfortunately!

G6BOX Some more activity would be nice. I'm sure we all wish more
would have a go at data mode.

G6FOP Another data contest, same old problems.

G8MKO Tough going! Conditions especially difficult before 21.00
UTC. Problems with RTTY coming on to the PSK31 frequency.

GW4BLE Number of contacts is getting less each time!

M0AEU Started well, but I tailed off towards the end...

M0ANM Conditions difficult, lost at least four points due to
stations being lost on return and no report received.

M0MDF Good Contest - Not so many high scores noted.

    SOAPBOX:

G0MTN Thanks to G3LDI for moving when he came close by on freq - much appreciated. I didn't want to be a band-policeman, but I struggled on PSK, with G4MRS using RTTY near 3580, but no-one else had complained in an hour so I shouldn't either. Also note that G4CMF really was signing /A. I said I thought that had not been used since 1987 or so... Later I did hear G4CMF/P being used instead. I lost a couple of potential QSOs due to 'no shows' for a serial number.
Generally I sucked... must do better.

G0OKF Reasonable conditions. Enjoyed the night getting practice.

G0RAF Now getting to grips with data.

G0VDZ Really must get to grips with data contests.

G3HRH Not so busy as usual. Conditions went down after 21.00. Please send serials in the form 0xx. Used MMTTY and found the constellation pattern to be easiest for tuning. Corrupt characters even on some strong signals.

G3KKQ Gremlins had moved in and it took me a while to flush them out. Tried RTTY but no luck with QRP.

G3KNU Nice conditions my best score yet.

G3LDI Computer virus slowed down the PC so much I had to re-boot twice to carry on.

G3LHJ Good Ffun - Lots of activity in good condx.

G3ORY G6... (and others?) might consider that if my call is in
your log it does not necessarily mean that your call is in my log.
Telling me that we worked at 2011 does nothing to put your call in my log. I believe errors of this sort arise when two stations 'double' when replying to a CQ. The CQer responds to one of them but the other thinks the QSO is with him. It is much harder to detect doubling on RTTY than it is on CW or SSB.

G3SET First attempt at RTTY. Interface failed after first QSO.

G3TKF 30 mins operation is not good enough!

G3TXF Only got back from NFD GU0AAA/p trip a couple of hours
before the 80m Data Contest started. I'm still low down on the
    learning curve with RTTY!

G3VIP Band noise low - best score yet on data.

G3VQO There seemed to be fewer stations on PSK31 this time.

G3WYW Great Contest as always - My personal best for this mode in
    this series.

G3WZT Off to a good start but things slowed down in the latter
part of the contest. Still regard this mode as a very painful
    process!!

    G3ZBU Using Inverted V at 44 feet apex 12 feet ends. Couldn't
work some of the stronger stations with this antenna.

G4EBK Slowly getting used to the logging programme, only one
double serial number and one double callsign entry this time.

G4EOF At last getting the hang of this data mode. Even down to remembering to send the log in!

G4FCN First time with MMTTY, First ever RTTY contest. Phew!

G4FKA A bit better than last time but one 14 minute period with
    nothing. Lots of QSB.

G4OGB Must be the busiest Data session to date. Need more room for QRP stations!! Continually pushed off calling spot during last half hour, even by stations who heard me earlier!!

G4OIG Went like a train for the first 50 minutes, then got
    derailed!

G4SLE Very enjoyable and tks to all for QSOs.

M3TBK Luckily my brother M3DVQ was too busy revising for GCSE so
I had a chance tonight. Good condx, no QRM or QRN and lots of
    activity.
