G0ADH Only my second attempt at a data contest. I need more practice!

G0OKF The usual hard work for my station. Unable to call on a frequency due to other high-powered operators swamping my puny signals.

G3VQO No evidence of RTTY intrusion into the virtually empty 3580 - 3583 sub-band, so why were the PSK stations QRMing me on 3584.4. Don't they know what frequency they're actually transmitting on?

2E0BJM Found it slow and hard work. Not sure of all the various abbreviation being used yet.

GW3GUX RTTY station in PSK section causing problems.

    SOAPBOX:

G0MTN Great until the last 10 minutes. Even some rapid PSK QSOs too. I missed several of my own club members and saw lots of gotaways as well.

G3KLH Too many stations on RTTY and too few on PSK31.

G4FKA Best data score so far. Good levels of activity throughout.

G4BCA Sorry to stations that called me at start of contest. A mains glitch upset software & I lost 12 minutes fixing it.

GM3ZBE Good conditions, but still having software problems.

G3LHJ The activity seems to get bigger every session - good fun!

G3TXF Thanks to Ian, G3WVG, I now have a system that actually reads RTTY - this makes a huge difference!

G3WVG Data is not for me, but I'm going to stick with it until I get better at it!

G4BYG As always a fun contest but this time a very slow start and never got cracking. Had a couple of PSK QSOs at the end and was disappointed with the RTTY encroachment within the PSK allocated segment. This needs addressing if PSK is to be an extra points mode.

M0BPQ PSK seems a lot of trouble. Does anyone use it?

M0AJT Nice contest only spoiled by deep QSB. In the words of G4EBK in the post-contest natter: "When he came back, he was gone!"

    EI3JE Very noisy!

GU0SUP Hard to get a run going this time but still had some fun.
G3ZBU I will have to read the instructions about changing the data mode in SD before the next one!

2M0KDZ A bit of fun with the new Elecraft K2!

G0RKT A lot of activity on RTTY.

M3TBK/P Sorry to those who called unseccessfully - very difficult to receive with 2.7kHz bandwidth & no filters. RTTY difficult on back seat of car (my brother M3DVQ claimed the home station) but scored a few points anyway.

    G7VRK Good contest tonight.

GJ4CBQ My first datamodes contest - quite an experience! I might have done better if I'd got the hang og the contest features of the software BEFORE the event! Also, next time I'll use a rig with a 500Hz bandwidth!

    M0SPC TNX to all.

G3TLH First serious attempt at a data contest. Good activity on RTTY. Made many mistakes but seems worthwhile submitting an entry.

    2E0KOP Enjoyed this one!

    G3SET My first RTTY QSOs/Contest!

G4EBK Strange conditions - very deep and fast QSB. Many QSOs not completed with stations who dropped into the noise after the first call.

G0RAF A steady night getting the hang of data.

G0DAY Had a good evening. Now I've cured RF from getting into computer, all well & good.

G3VIP Strange conditions - deep QSB.

M0MDF Good contest - nice & quiet with not much QRM/QRN.

GM0NTL Quiet band tonight, for a change.

G3RZF Very enjoyable, once I'd got the macro keys sorted out!

G0GDU Did not appear to be much activity although band seemed noisy. Not able to hold run frequency for much time.

G3XSV Couldn't get RTTY working so only 40 minutes - all PSK.
    G8MKO Hard going tonight.
