    G0HFX
lots of local QRM/N---only QRP--worked all I could hear or who could hear me. Tks for q`s guys

    G0IVZ
Hard going from the South West but still good fun

    G0MRH
A good session in search and pounce having come in for the last hour only. Conditions did appear to be getting worse in this time.

    G0MTN
    Missed most of the contest.

    G0PSE
Tks to sd vy enjoyable contest

    G0TPH
Logistics enforced a 5 watt entry this year - great fun even with QRP.

    G0VJG
Not really my game cw as you can see just made few qsos
give away few points 73 to all

    G2JL
Not so good as last year; even more local noise

    G3HEJ
Despite many promises from our club's members only 2 ops in this contest.

with many previous making it easier to find a run
frequency. nice to see many recently licensed
    having a go.

    G3JRM
Very busy on 80 this afternoon with lots of very big
    signals heard here.Mostly S&Pfound a clear spot
towards the end of the session only to get sat upon by
some disgruntled soul whose idea of morse text was not
suitable for any tender young ears. Ah well!!!

    G3KAF
Antenna problem caused me to close early but great fun as always.

    G3LDI
Activity seemed lower this year spent a lot of time in S&P

    G3LHJ

    G3LIK
Some good conditions throughout the contest.
Nice to hear a lot of familiar calls
Quite a number of stations were off frequency
Think the power output should be restricted to 100watts
Good to have SD for logging

    G3LVP
At the last moment found that the PC wouldn't key the rig, Linear protection started tripping part way through. Lots of GM's -good show. Nothing from GJ, GU, or GI - poor show!

    G3LZQ
Not quite as frantic as usual-several regulars not hrd was it the Man-U FA Cuptie?

    G3MXH
A very late start but good fun and good condX

    G3MZV
Hard work again but if it was easy it wouldn't be fun.

    G3NFB
Plenty of activity. Pity i could partake only for a short time.

    G3NKS
Great fun as usual. Last hour slow going!

    G3PDH
Activity seemed lower this year and less Eu stations long periods with no replies!

    G3RFH
Plenty of activity for the whole 4 hours. Very enjoyable.

Continentals upset about QSOs above 3560. Was polite about duration last year now I'm telling you - MAKE IT END SOONER

    G3SVW
Slow going at first easing back into contets using
S&P mode. AFS was competing with an FA Cup football
match - Manchester United v Liverpool so I had one
receiver on the contest another on the football.
I lost about 40 minutes listening to the football match

Maybe slightly less activity than last year seemed to me less European callers.

    G3TKF
Apologies to several that called me ...software problems !

    G3TLI
    Thoroughly enjoyable contest
Good conditions and in the main good operating
Must improve my morse reading at high speed!!
    Lookng forward to SSB element

    G3UFY
    Rig - FT1000MP + Amplifier - 400W
    Antenna - dipole up 35ft
Targeted by DQRM on 3563 and eventually had to move.
Band noise never less than S7 and often over the 9 ... hard work!

    G3VCA
Nice and civalised until the longer skip appeared - too many
on computer morse - good job I can read bursts of 40wpm

    G3VDB
A fun afternoon; rather slow in the last hour

    G3VIP
    RIG IC7000 40W - 40M LW - Homebrew logger
Condx good at start gradually tailled off struggled last hour.
Running 40 watts computer didn't like it if ran anymore.

    G3VMW
Missed the first hour due to other commitments. Conditions seemed
pretty good, although there were some horribly clicky signals. Used
my new Yaesu FT5K and WinTest 4.7 for the first time in a contest.
with good results but could never catch up with the leaders.

    G3VYI
    Band faded out at 1700!
CONDX NOT GOOD TO g OR eu !!

    G3WVG
    400W dipole at 65ft.
Activity seemed a little down this year ..or perhaps it was just me!

    G3XTZ
QRM S9 (or more) made things difficult!

    G3XYF
    Very busy some deliberate QRM

    G3YEC
Same fault as last week I.E. auto key and PC lead
became disconnected behind bench. Sorry for hand morse.

    G3YHV
Great contest and condition quite good

    G3YLA
Another early trial with N1MM and Flex3000 and W5GI antenna.

    G3YMC
Good conditions plenty of activity great fun.
Inter-G dropped off a bit in the last half hour and I started to struggle on QRP.
    73 Dave G3YMC

    G3ZBU
Plenty of action and good conditions.
Unfortunately I had somehow managed to delete
the SD macros and had to send CW with the
    straight key ;-(

    G3ZGC/A
    IC775DSP 200W to Dipole up 50 ft.
    At G3LLK's QTH.Thanks Gus.
    Enojoyable and good conditions.

    G3ZRJ
CONDX GOOD PLENTY OF STATIONS ACTIVE

A contest of two halves - the first half busy the second half not.

    G4AFS
Really fantastic to see so many involved great contest

    G4AIU
    Very enjoyable.
Heavy QRN at 1600 in IO80jx

    G4ALE
Unable to use my normal AFS site due to the host being in hospital - but
Peter G3RQZ kindly stepped in and let me operate from his QTH.
Rig FTdx5000 to linear to trapped inverted V at 35ft. Conditions seemed
a bit down on previous years - less Europeans but many GMs (over 10% of
    total).

    G4ASR
    Good run - clear frequency
500 ft doublet at 80ft with reflector element (below)

    G4BUO
Low dipole this time centre up just 28ft. Was doing ok until 36
minutes into the contest when the Ten-Tec Centurion amplifier went
phutt. So in the end I'm pretty pleased with the QSO total made with
just 110w from the K3 barefoot

    G4BVY
Only had an hour. Managed one search and pounce high to low!

    G4BYG
Steady start but had Blue Screen halfway through which rather threw me off track.

    G4DDX
Conditions seemed good with GM's better later.
I managed to find a space to run off and on and
enjoyed myself. I hope I have not made the same
    mistakes as last year.

    G4DJX
    Enjoyed contest as always

    G4EBK
Enjoyable contest last hour slow as usual.

    G4FAL
Same as 80m club championship CW but without power restriction and
    lasts longer!

    G4FKA
Similar rate to last year until 1615 when the skip began to change. Last hour mainly S&P.

    G4FON
It has become clear that in order to win this contest you need
a signal that is strong enough to be decoded by CwGet and Skimmer.
    Good fun none the less.

    G4HSO
An enjoyable contest. Many thanks to the committee.

    G4IUF
Condx pretty good - slow going at times

    G4KNO
First attempt at AFS CW. An enjoyable Sunday afternoon was had! 100W to inverted vee windom centre at 30ft.

    G4LMW
Managaed less than 2 hours between domestic chores, but activity seemed good. Unable to use linear as it killed the XYL's laptop.
    K3, FL7000 (occasionally), dipole at 25 ft. 50W/350W

    G4LWB
    Enjoyable contest plenty of activity

    G4OSB

    FT1000MP + PA. 400W. Dipole @ 70ft.

    G4RCD
Trio TS-930S at 100W into 132 foot doublet (fed with Wire feeder) at 40 feet max.
    Ejoyable contest.

    G4WUG
My 1st AFS Only worked the second half but was good fun conx not brilliant thanks for the points all.

    G4YTV
Enjoyable contest with no hassle this year.

    G7PVZ
Needed the high noise level and very rapid QSB like
a kidney stone (know lots about them!!)
Goood fun but not easy with QRP. Thanks to everyone
and see you on the SSB AFS.

    G7TWC
Using Flex3000 this year was a dream. Fun and hard work as always.

    G7VJR
100W to wire + ATU QRT at 5pm but enjoyed the innings

    G8CKT
First time on AFS - hard work but great fun!

    GM0ELP
Elecraft K3 Acom 1000 80m doublet @10m. Hopefully someone will have
recorded the event on an SDR and key click operators can be informed.
Thanks to all who worked me.

    GM3WIJ
    HARD GOING FINDING RUNNING DIFFICULT

    GM3YEH
    IC75A 90W dipole at 25 feet.
Good level of activity and QSO rate for first 2 hours but got slower towards the end.

    GM3YTS
Got to the radio very tired after clearing the drive
    of snow for 2 hours.
Thought conditions were a bit down

    GM3ZRT
not too many Eu signals at this end

The 270 Hz filter was a great asset
    Typing better than last year!!

    GM4OSS
Band conditions seemed good enjoyed this contest.

    GM4UYZ
Enjoyed my time on the air as was nice to eventually get on as have
very little time recently to operate.

    GW0ETF
K3 and Acom 1000 to inv vee at 40ft apex

    GW4BLE
Back late from pub lunch so missed first few minutes!

    HA1AG
    Nice activity!

    LY9A
Very late start this year. Had to fight with the snow outside the doors.

    M0CNP
A most enjoyable contest relaxed with the band closing down from about 1700.

    M0CZR
    Gud contest

    M0DHO
RADARC A team. Good conditions and activity. An enjoyable
    contest as always.

    M0PCB
Probably spent a bit too long running and not enough S&P so missed out on 200. Much better than last years effort though, not bad for 100W and a low doublet.

    M0SAR
It was a pleasure not to have a high noise level!

    M3OSP
Agood contest but quieter than in previous years

    M3WCK
Could only operate for last 30 min of contest

    MM0DFZ
Made a stupid logging error at the beginning and lost some time.

    MM0GPZ
Inv L 400w. Dipole would be much better for this.

    MM0GSS
First entry by this Op and first from this QTH. Straight key and paper log!!

    MM0ROV
Band conditions were not too bad at my location.
Happy to improve on last years effort.

    MW0RZC
