A BUSY YEAR (by Pete G4CLA)

Here are a few statistics on activity in RSGB contests during 2013:

SCCs - THE LATEST POSITION (by Ian G0FCT)

    Latest figures on SCCs are:

    - 96 recommended for renewal

    - 4 being processed / further information required to support application

    - 5 recommended for rejection

    - over 100 still to be received for revalidation.

VIRTUAL MEETING PLACES - CLARIFICATION REGARDING MULTIPLE TEAMS (by Ian G0FCT)

In response to recent enquiries regarding defining multiple teams, clubs and groups are permitted to define multiple sub groups with different virtual meeting places which may be changed once per calendar year. All such sub groups will be counted separately from the parent group for the purposes of AFS contests and in overall contest series scores such as the AFS Super League.

    AND FINALLY

Last month's request for comments on how the Newsletter was shaping up from recipients' point of view resulted in only a couple of comments. That can be interpreted in different ways! Suffice to say that the CC wants the Newsletter to meet your needs - so do feel free to make comments or suggestions at any point. Please e-mail to editor@rsgbcc.org.

That’s all for this month - good contesting!

    73, Quin G3WRR
